➵ May

► On 1 May it was time for the ice cream stand to open once again

► Amy came over once again and we watched some episodes from season 4 of Glee

► Rumours about a Nian break-up started circling around and sadly it was true :'(

► The season finale of TVD aired and OMG...!

► It was Eurovision Song Contest time and I watched the Grande Finale in Vaasa with Amy at her friend's. We scored each entry, waited with excitement for the point scoring and freaked out fangirling like two bosses when one Mr Byrne showed up to give the Irish scores.

► Denmark ended up winning the ESC, Finland placed 21st *buuuuh* and Ireland placed 24th -> LAST PLACE! *buuuuh*

► I went to Vaasa to see The Great Gatsby at the cinema and I loved it! Seriously, it was amazing!

 
 

➵ June

► It was 5 years since Westlife's first Croke Park concert and five years since my very first blog entry

► Days spent at the summer house

► I went to Vaasa, did a lot of shopping (including birthday presents for broidi's 23rd) and on the way home I met a cycling acquaintance (the same acquaintance who I had been in touch with about meeting during my visit in Vaasa but she said that she was unable to meet me as she was busy and would go to dinner to Replot - hmm...).

► Work started for real in the ice cream stand

► One year anniverary for the Ireland adventure & Westlife´s two final concerts

► Midsummer's Eve this year was spent at the Summer house, I sent in a Happy Midsummer/ Happy One Year since Ireland to a radio show, the song played and I was moved to tears

     

➵ July

► On 5 July it was both #FilanBirthday and #FilanFriday. This was celebrated with the release of the lyric video release for Shane´s fabolous first solo single Everything To Me. Yay!

► We took the boat out to Gåshällan and watched the annual PokerRun.

► 14 July 2013... I woke up, checked Twitter and saw a # with #RIPCoryMonteith and my reaction was shock mixed with a huge WTF is going on?...
I found out what had happened and I wanted to tell Amy what had happened so that she wouldn´t find out like I did but I didn't know how so I simply sent her a text with #RIPCoryMonteith.
The following day, while being at work, I completly broke down in tears when it actually hit me what had happened + I watched a vblog + saw a photo (last one below)... Still to this day, thinking about Cory brings tears to my eyes.

Thanks for just being the tall, awkward, canadian, actor, drummer, person ❤

► The day after finding out about Cory, I saw a double rainbow. This was the result after a rain storm but in my griefing moment, I saw it like a sign from Cory...

► I had a day off on what seemed like the hottest day of the summer. Went to Vaasa to meet Amy, we spent most of the time talking about Cory...

► On 8 August it was 5 years since the amazing Diggiloo concert and 5 years since me and Amy met in real life after being iNet buddies for a year

► On 9 August it was time for the super celeb couples of all celeb couples Nicky & Georgina Byrne to celebrate 10 years as hubby & wifey ❤

► Teen Choice Awards... Stayed up to watch it live (because my beau Darren was co-hosting w/ Lucy Hale) and... I cried rivers when Lea Michele gave her acceptance speech and dedicated her award to Cory... I thought it was the most crying I would make... Boy was I wrong...

► Måns Zelmerlöw announced this was his last summer hosting Allsång på Skansen and me being his biggest fan on this side of Gulf of Bothnia, was crushed =(

► My birthday arrived, yay!
