Happy May Day !
Today I spent most of the day in the ice cream bar. Me and mam went down there around midday to get things ready, Agnes joines us at 12.30pm and we opened at 1pm.
In differnce to last year, people weren´t standing in line today. It took, like, 15-30 minutes before someone came. It was slower than last year, but considering that the weather was not perfect for ice cream; it got really cold and windy towards the afternoon/ evening.
Even Ammi and her boyfriend came all the way from Vaasa, sweet! :D
For the two of us sitting in the bar, it was absolutly freezing! Plus, we had to stick our hands in -20*C freezers when we had custormers... #Brrr
We closed at 8pm, cleaned up and everything that needed to be done and I was home at 9pm. After that I´ve relaxed on the sofa. Now I will go take a long warm shower and then go to bed, watching the latest episodes of 2 Broke Girls, How I Met Yout Mother and New Girl. I will save Hart of Dixie and Smash until tomorrow.
I have no school for the rest of the week but I have tons of school work piling up, some are way past their deadlines #sigh I suck at keeping deadliens, why is that? However, it will be interesting to see if I can do any of that, because according to mam we have tons of work to do outside, but I will put my foot down. She´s been nagging all Winter about my uni studies anyways, so when I willingly [for once] want to work on my school assignments, I will do so! End of story.
